Whitehay Capital

Private holding company.
Builder-operator posture.

Whitehay Capital is a private holding company. We build and own businesses we would want to run for decades.

Our portfolio today is three companies: a Nordic data centre platform, an agentic AI venture, and a UK regeneration project. Each is at a different stage. Each was started inside Whitehay rather than acquired from elsewhere. Each is held with the intention of being run, not flipped.

We are founder-led and privately held. Kormakur Arthursson and Tom Graham founded Whitehay together and own it equally. The team works directly with the companies in the portfolio rather than across a fund overlay.

Time is the lever. We are unhurried about the things that compound and impatient about the things that don't.

We do not have an exit clock. The businesses we build are not for sale at the first sign of margin.
